Hypochlorous acid has many characteristics of an ideal disinfectant, is easy to use, cheap, has good safety, can be used for rapid disinfection of large areas, and has a wide range of sterilization effects. Therefore, hypochlorous acid is a very effective and ideal disinfectant.
As a new type of disinfectant, it has a significant killing effect on bacteria, viruses, fungi and even spores. For common Escherichia coli (representative of gram-negative bacteria), Staphylococcus aureus (representative of gram-positive bacteria), Candida albicans (representative of fungi), poliovirus (representative of viruses) Bacillus subtilis black var. spores (representative strains of spores) have significant killing effects on Listeria monocytogenes, Salmonella, Vibrio parahaemolyticus and other bacteria.
Disinfection of kitchen utensils
After the tableware is used, it is recommended to remove the oil and wash it, and then rinse it with a diffuse hypochlorous acid disinfectant for 30s or soak it for 3~10min, drain it and use it again.
